FLASHH is proud to host team building activities with companies of all sizes at our location in Sant Cugat (30min via metro from Pl. Catalunya). Our modern facilities offer beginners and experienced climbers alike the opportunity to explore their physical limits; strengthen important soft skills such as confidence, resilience, and responsibility; and develop cohesion, trust and communication within their team.
Our team building activities are open to all, regardless of physical condition or climbing experience, and require no special equipment (rental climbing shoes will be provided). Workshops typically lasts 2 hours and will include a mix of the following:
Supervised introduction to bouldering, including safety training, warmup exercises, and coaching by our certified team of instructors. We will use climbing as a tool to foster teamwork and improve confidence.
Access and introduction to Flux, our one-of-a-kind parkour & ninja area. This innovative facility (with a 200m2 foam pit) is the perfect environment to host small challenges that will bring your team closer together.
Food & refreshments are available at our bar / cafe. It is the ideal place to wind down and relax towards the end of your session. You will have a dedicated area in our cafe for your team to retreat to during the session.
