FLASHH is an international indoor bouldering chain. We offer bouldering and other movement sports for all levels of difficulty.

After spending over a decade creating vibrant climbing communities in northern Germany we are now expanding to other exciting cities in Europe. Located in Sant Cugat, with direct public transport connections into central Barcelona, FLASHH Barcelona is the newest addition to our brand.
What you will do:
You’ll be the face of the company in front of our clients, the first person they see when they get in and the last one to interact with when they leave. We want them to feel welcome and comfortable, so we expect our team to interact with them as if they were your friends! Wouldn’t you like to walk into your preferred gym only to get greeted by a smiling staff member that remembers your name?
We expect to have a multifunctional team that can flexibly handle both the reception and cafe/bar, so we are looking for someone that can easily switch between both functions.
More specifically, you will:
- Greet members and users of the gym as they come in or out through reception
- Check in members and verify memberships
- Register prospective members
- Provide information on the gym’s offerings (prices, activities, etc.)
- Answer the phone for customer contact
- Handle contact mails for events and others
- Serve drinks/snacks, and handle payments
- Take care of the rental equipment and the shop
- And, most importantly, act as a first point of contact in regards to rules, route setting in the gym and general bouldering knowledge and etiquette
Who are we looking for:
- We are looking for candidates with great people skills, able to interact with beginners and pros alike.
- Someone who enjoys dealing with people, with an special emphasis on creating a welcoming atmosphere
- You should feel comfortable being surrounded by kids and families
- Ability to work with common software programs
- Organised and trustworthy
- A passion for climbing, or at least for an active lifestyle
- Ability to multitask and willingness to sometimes get your hands dirty
- Proficiency in Catalan, Spanish and English a must, since we want to welcome guest from all over the world
- Spanish work permit
- Ability to work either: mornings (from 8am), afternoons (until 10pm) or weekends.

What you will do:
We are looking for passionate climbers who want to help others discover, enjoy and develop themselves in the sport. As one of our coaches, you will be in charge of introducing kids and beginners to the sport, as well as helping more advanced climbers in taking their game to the next level.
More specifically, tasks include:
- Leading school groups into discovering bouldering and FLASHH
- Coaching teams of young athletes in after-school training groups
- Leading corporate groups, helping introduce the sport to them
- Leading birthday parties groups in fun and memorable ways
- Coaching beginner/intermediate athletes helping them improve and achieve their goals
All the while helping create a close knit community that sits in the center of what we do at FLASHH.
Who are we looking for:
- We are looking for candidates with great people skills, able to interact with customers and help us build the FLASHH community
- A passion for climbing, with a strong background on the sport
- Ability and willingness to work with kids, making sure they leave FLASHH with a desire to come back
- Proficiency in Catalan, Spanish and English a must, since we want to welcome guest from all over the world
- Spanish work permit
- Part time work, mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
- Appropriate degree in Climbing/Outdoor Sports (Grau Superior, TD2, …)

What you will do:
We are looking for passionate routesetters who want to help build memorable experiences and be a part of the group that creates our primary product: innovative, high quality routes. As one of our setters, you will be in charge of setting boulders for beginners and worldcup level climbers alike. In addition to bouldering, FLASHH offers a mix of parkour, ninja warrior and bouldering.
Tasks include:
- Setting boulders and parkour courses in your own personal style and expression, but fitting to our guidelines.
- Creating obstacles for setting in the parcour area (wood / metal work).
- Stripping holds off the wall, taking care of cleaning, and helping organise storage.
- Listening to, and incorporating, customer feedback
Who are we looking for:
- You should be able to climb FB 7a boulders or higher grades
- Empathy for different climbing styles, particularly beginners and children
- Technical background / skills to work with common routesetting hardware (drills etc)
- High aptitude in creating structures with wood / general woodworking skills
- Both creativity in movement and visuals
- We are looking for candidates with good people skills, who are able to help build a community around FLASHH
- Proficiency in Catalan, Spanish and English a must, since we want to welcome guest from all over the world
- Spanish work permit
- Part time work, mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
